Cancellation policy for online payments

Cancellations will only be accepted for online bookings if at least 14 days notice is provided. In such cases all fees will be refunded, otherwise payment will be charged in full. To cancel a course booking, please mail us at cancellations@caretrainingspecialists.co.uk, stating your booking reference, and the course you wish to cancel. Please note: If you book less than 14 days before the date of the course, your right to cancel may be lost.
